1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your submission of a creator application. By using the site or applying, you accept them.

You must be 18 or over to apply or to use this site. By applying you confirm that you are. We verify age before entering into any agreement, and we will decline an application from anyone under 18.
3. What an application is — and isn’t
Submitting an application is free and creates no contract between us. It is not an offer of representation, and we do not guarantee that any application will be accepted. We assess every application at our discretion.
If we take you on, the commercial terms — including commission — will be set out in a separate written management agreement. That agreement is the only document that governs that relationship. Nothing on this website forms part of it, and nothing on this website should be relied on as a description of it.
4. Accuracy of your information
You confirm that the information you submit is true, that the photographs you upload are of you, and that they are yours to share. We may decline or withdraw an application that was based on inaccurate information.
5. Your photographs
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store and view your photographs solely in order to assess your application, for the retention period set out in our Privacy Policy.
This licence gives us no right to publish, distribute, sublicense, or use your photographs commercially or in any marketing. You keep all rights in your photographs, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
6. No guarantees
We make no representation or warranty about results, growth, earnings, income, or outcomes of any kind. Nothing on this site is a prediction, projection or promise of performance. Anything we do achieve for one creator says nothing about what any other creator will achieve.
7. Our content
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to StarX Management or are used under licence. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse them without our permission.
8. Independence
StarX Management is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of any content platform or social media platform.
9. Liability
